Pauline Meunier

Founder & CEO

Passionate about mental wellness and reducing stigma, she has spent more than a decade as a facilitator with the Mental Health Commission of Canada, delivering national programs including The Working Mind, Mental Health First Aid, and Psychological Health and Safety training to organizations across Canada and internationally. Pauline brings more than 26 years of experience in prehospital care—including roles as ambulance dispatcher, frontline paramedic, union leader, and Paramedic Chief—giving her a rare operational perspective on leadership, decision-making, and team dynamics in high-pressure environments. She is also certified as an MHCC Workplace Psychological Health and Safety Assessor—one of only five individuals in Canada with this designation—and is a frequent speaker at organizational, national, and international conferences, where she shares practical insights on leadership, workplace culture, and psychological health and safety. Through her advisory work, speaking, and custom leadership programs, Pauline helps organizations build resilient teams, strengthen workplace culture, and create psychologically healthy workplaces where people can perform and thrive.

Claudia Canales

 Psychological Health & Safety Specialist 

 With over 25 years of experience in mental health and a specialization in psychological health and safety, Claudia Canales is a leading expert in workplace mental health, leadership training, and organizational well-being. As a psychological health and safety specialist, Claudia has led numerous mental health and wellness development projects across various work sectors, helping organizations foster psychologically healthy and resilient workplaces. Throughout her career, Claudia has collaborated with industry leaders to design, implement, and evaluate psychological health and safety programs. She has worked extensively with organizations across diverse employment sectors, including federal and municipal government, first responders, provincial healthcare authorities, education and post-secondary institutions, oil & gas, high-performance sports, as well as engineering and technical safety. 

As the National Manager of Workplace Projects for the Mental Health Commission of Canada, Claudia led a team that delivered The Working Mind/R2MR training to over 50,000 individuals nationwide. Her expertise in mental health literacy, stigma reduction, and resilience-building has informed national and provincial initiatives that drive meaningful change in workplace mental health practices. 

As a Lead Facilitator for the Mental Health Commission of Canada, Claudia is highly regarded as one of the Commission’s most requested facilitators. She specializes in facilitating high-quality training sessions for executive leaders, managers, and employees, delivering engaging and impactful sessions on workplace mental health. Through her facilitation, Claudia equips organizations with the knowledge and tools to foster psychologically safe and healthy work environments. Her expertise in mental health literacy, stigma reduction, and resilience-building empowers participants to create meaningful change within their workplaces. 

Claudia holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Calgary and has contributed to various research projects and publications in Population Health and Intervention Research. Her ongoing commitment to workplace mental health and psychological health and safety continues to shape best practices in employee well-being across Canada. 

Susan Phelan

Organization Consultant, Trainer & Coach

Susan Phelan is a seasoned entrepreneur, Organization Development Consultant, Professional Trainer, and Coach. With over twenty-five years of experience, she has worked with a great number of government departments, businesses, corporations, and individuals, solidifying her reputation in the industry.

 

Susan holds a Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Science, which underpins her expertise in professional development, mental health, resiliency, change/transition, and a diverse array of soft skills. Her impressive credentials enable her to design and deliver customized, interactive, and informative workshops and coaching sessions, tailored to help individuals achieve success in all areas of their lives. She believes that people are the foundation of any organization and to succeed, organizations need engaged, healthy, resilient employees at all levels.

 

Susan is known for her positive attitude, real-life experience, and boundless enthusiasm. She leverages these qualities to motivate and inspire others to work diligently and reach their goals. Her clients are a continual source of inspiration for her, fueling her passion for observing and understanding human behavior, growth, and vitality.

Lynn Ansara

Facilitator

Lynn Ansara is an experienced Facilitator, Program Designer, and Executive Coach. Lynn holds a Master of Adult Education, Bachelor’s degrees in Arts and Post-Secondary Education, and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching. Lynn’s career has focused on workplace learning and employee development. 

 

Lynn has held leadership positions in a variety of organizations including post-secondary education, policing, international satellite communications and the not-for-profit sector. Through her work at CreAction Consulting, she designs and implements workplace learning programs in the areas of leadership development, employee and organization development. In addition to her contract work, Lynn is a regular facilitator at the Gardiner Centre at the Faculty of Business, Memorial University, providing training in the areas of leadership and human resources. Lynn holds a number of certifications including Legacy Leadership, Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator, True Colors and Team Performance. She was also a Lead Facilitator for the Mentor Health Commission’s Working Mind and Working Mind for First Responders.
